Together, we’ll design a system that works just for you. One that is sustainable and will help you meet your goals.
How?
We’ll use a “workflow first, tool second” approach. I’ll ask the right questions to help you uncover and conceptualize how you naturally work. Then, we can then figure out how to configure a tool to work for you (and not the other way around!). Means no more trial and error to see what sticks!
So that you can finally spend less time organizing/figuring out what to do and more time getting stuff done!
We’ll do this together through a short series of workshops over video call. (Yes, all virtual, so we can do this completely remotely!)

1st Session

Uncover how you actually work
We’ll go over your goals and think strategically about your needs for a system that helps you meet these goals daily.
Then, we’ll conceptualize how you naturally work and begin devising your new organizational system.
2nd Session
Prioritize to Optimize
Connect your bigger picture with your day-to-day
Here we’ll dive into your new plan. We’ll also look at how you can structure your week and prioritize the most critical tasks that will help move you forward. And, most importantly, striking a balance between your personal and professional life.
The goal is for you to leave this call feeling 100% confident to use this system as soon as we are done with the workshop.
Optional Add-On
System Architecture
If you’d like help architecting your personal management tool you’d like to use (i.e. Airtable, Notion, Coda). There are two options:
1. Architecture: You get detailed step-by-step instructions to help you set up your tool with ease.
2. Hands-on setup support: Where I build it for you. Then, you move your own data in (with step-by-step instructions).
We’ll add a hand-off call to walk through either of these options and discuss best practices.
The program starts at USD $1500. This excludes system setup. Payment plans available upon request.
